The theme for 2023, ‘United in action to rescue and achieve the sustainable development goals for, with and by persons with disabilities,’ reflects our collective commitment to inclusivity and cooperation. Today, we celebrate your strength, determination, and the valuable contributions you make to our community.
Living with disabilities can present unique challenges, but it is my fervent belief that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and unity. Our shared journey towards a more inclusive Somolu is built on the pillars of hope, understanding, and collaboration.
I want to express my deep appreciation for your strength and perseverance. Your experiences, talents, and perspectives enrich the fabric of our community, making Somolu a better place for everyone.
