ADEOLA ADETORO EMERGES OVERALL BEST LGA CHAIRMAN IN NIGERIA AT NATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD 2026
The Executive Chairman of Eti-Osa Local Government, Omo’ba (Dr.) Adeola Alimot Adetoro, has been honoured with the prestigious National Leadership Award 2026, emerging as “Overall Best LGA Chairman in Nigeria.”
The recognition comes at a remarkable moment as the Adetoro administration celebrates one year in office, with Eti-Osa witnessing a remarkable series of project commissioning, healthcare interventions, empowerment initiatives and people-centred programmes across its communities.
The Chairman was represented at the award ceremony in Abuja by the Leader of the Eti-Osa Legislative Arm, Hon. Sadiq Mudashiru, who received the prestigious award on her behalf.
Over the past few days, the administration has commissioned and unveiled a series of projects as part of activities in line with the administration’s HEYIGA Agenda, marking its One Year in Office Anniversary.
From, roads to healthcare centres, from business grants to social interventions, the administration has continued to emphasise programmes designed to directly impact the lives of residents.
This latest national recognition therefore comes as another significant milestone in this anniversary week and the honour is received with pride by Eti-Osa as a whole.
For the Adetoro administration, this is just the beginning of greater things ahead.
