Yokuro Skincare Debuts in Lagos, Promises Lasting Solution to Skin Concerns
Nigerians can now heave a sigh of relief in addressing challenges associated with skin conditions and irritation following the introduction of the Yokuro Skincare brand.
The Founder of Yokuro Skincare and UK trained General Practitioner (GP) Trainer, Dr. Adetola Adegoke, gave this assurance at the official launch of the brand held at the SOTO Gallery in Ikoyi, Lagos.
She explained that the inspiration behind the brand stemmed from her desire to address the growing concerns of people struggling to find the right products for their skin conditions.
The dermatologist noted that many people do not even know their skin type, let alone identify the products best suited to their skincare needs.
According to her, many consumers have worsened their skin conditions through repeated trials of different skincare products. She explained that the introduction of eight products under the Yokuro Skincare range, including anti ageing solutions, is designed to address these challenges.
The UK trained GP Trainer further explained that “Yokuro,” a Yoruba word, means to remove skin imperfections and irritation, reflecting the brand’s commitment to healthy skincare.
Dr. Adegoke, whose experience spans more than a decade, disclosed that she has been providing skincare support to clients with diverse needs for over two years. She added that the products have undergone both consumer and clinical trials, assuring customers that they are backed by proven results and the trust of previous users.
The founder of Yokuro Skincare emphasised that quality products require patience and diligence. She noted that despite the rigorous process involved in meeting regulatory requirements and registering the products, the brand remains committed to delivering lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.
She assured customers that Yokuro Skincare would live up to its motto, “Remove, Replenish and Reinforce,” by providing effective and reliable skincare solutions.
Expressing her delight at the large turnout for the launch, Dr. Adegoke added that all Yokuro Skincare products are proudly made in Nigeria from start to finish.
