NO LEADERSHIP VOID IN PDP

There is no leadership void in PDP. The Abuja Convention has not been invalidated by the Supreme Court or any court in Nigeria.

‎The case of suspension of Senator Anyanwu, Ajibade SAN and other was not decided by the Supreme Court or any Court.
‎
‎Abdulrahman led NWC is the only recognized and valid NWC of PDP recognized by the law and INEC. I want to categorically state that the PDP leadership is settled as at today.

‎Assuming but not conceeding that if any court, including the Supreme Court, has affirmed the suspension of Senator Anyawu and others, that will only be a fresh ground to approach the Federal High Court in a new case asking the court to set aside or nullify the Abuja Convention or elections of those whose suspension is said to be in force, which I doubt any exist.

Until the Convention is nullified, no vacancy exist in PDP NWC and as it is today, there is no single case in court against the Abuja Convention.
