Photo News: Hamzat Steps Up Consultations Ahead of APC Primary, Visits Ikuforiji
The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Hamzat, paid a courtesy visit as part of ongoing consultations with leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the gubernatorial primary election.
The Deputy Governor visited the Ikeja GRA residence of a member of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) and former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adeyemi Sabit Ikuforiji.
The visit provided a platform for Dr. Hamzat to engage in robust discussions with the former number three citizen of Lagos on his economic blueprint for the state.
Members of the Governance Advisory Council who accompanied the Deputy Governor on the visit include former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro; Alhaji Mutiu Are; and former Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture, Bode Oyedele.
The Deputy Governor, who has continued to receive endorsements as the preferred governorship candidate of the ruling APC in Lagos, was also accompanied by the Special Adviser on Works and Infrastructure to the Governor, Dr. Adekunle Olayinka, and the immediate past Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Rasaq Ajala.
