Adewale Secures Endorsement from Abeigi Group in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency Race

Comrade Ayodele Adewale, aspirant for the House of Representatives under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency, has secured the endorsement and support of the Abeigi Group, a key component of the Take-It-Back Movement based in Festac Town, Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area, Lagos State.

The endorsement was conveyed when Comrade Adewale visited members of the group following an invitation extended by Mr. Valentine Udhebor , popularly known as Valuchi, a co-founder of Abeigi group and one of the founder of the Festac Take-It-Back Movement.

The visit formed part of Adewale’s ongoing consultations and stakeholder engagements across the federal constituency. He had earlier met with Apex leaders in Oriade Local Council Development Area (LCDA) before proceeding to Festac Town.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Sunny Michaels, President of Abeigi Group and Mr. Valentine Udhebor, popularly known as Valuchi, stated that the endorsement reflects the group’s confidence in Adewale’s leadership qualities and his demonstrated commitment to grassroots development, particularly during his tenure as Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government

He further noted that the Festac Take-It-Back Movement, as a community-based organisation, remains committed to advocating for the restoration and sustainable development of Festac Town.

The following members were present at the meeting: Mr. Hector, Mr. Obi Ijomah, Mr. Henry, Mr. John Kelly, Mr. Ralph Ochefu, Mr. John Malaka, Mr. Emeka Okolie, Mr. Mamuzo Mukoro, Mr. Shihan Martins Alufohai and Mr. Victor Obong.

Comrade Adewale, while expressing appreciation for the endorsement, described it as a call to greater service. He reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive representation, sustained community engagement and addressing the pressing developmental needs of the constituency.

The Abeigi Group is part of the broader Take-It-Back Movement, known for its advocacy on good governance, accountability, and citizen participation.
