EVERLASTING FOUNTAIN WELFARE INITIATIVE (EFWI) SET FOR GROUNDBREAKING ON LANDMARK 500-CAPACITY HOMELESS SHELTER

On April 18, 2026, the Everlasting Fountain Welfare Initiative (EFWI) will officially host the groundbreaking ceremony for its flagship project: a 500-capacity homeless shelter dedicated to restoring dignity and hope to the most vulnerable members of our society.

As the founder of EFWI, Abiola emphasizes that this project is not merely a construction of walls and a roof, but the building of a sanctuary for humanity. “In a world where many are displaced by circumstance, providing a safe haven is our collective responsibility,” says Abiola.

“This shelter is designed to be a fountain of hope, offering not just a bed, but a pathway back to self-sufficiency and societal reintegration.”

The EFWI Homeless Shelter aims to tackle the growing crisis of homelessness by providing safe Housing: 500-capacity accommodation for individuals and families in need. Abiola highlights that the core mission is to transition beneficiaries from “surviving” to “thriving.” “We are not just providing a roof for the night; we are providing a foundation for a lifetime,” says Abiola. ​

“Our goal is to see every resident walk out of our doors empowered with a skill they are passionate about, carrying dignity and purpose in their hearts.” We will provide personalized vocational guidance to transition residents from homelessness to self-sufficiency, giving them the tools not just to rebuild their own lives, but to become a lasting blessing to the society around them.
