From its early years under the stewardship of the First Lady of the Federation,Her Excellency, Sen. Mrs Oluremi Tinubu OON, CON , to the renewed energy and dynamism infused by successive First Ladies, including the current Chairperson, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, COWLSO has remained an indispensable pillar of Lagos’ developmental journey.
