Photo News: Court Adjourns Surulere United vs EKEDC Case to April 2026
Members of Surulere United, covering Coker-Aguda, Itire-Ikate, Orile and surrounding areas, were present at the Federal High Court, Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos, during the hearing of the case between Surulere 2 and EKEDC.
The presiding judge, Honourable Justice Chukwujekwu Joseph Aneke, adjourned the case till April 2026.
The group had dragged EKEDC to court over the unauthorised migration of households to Band A electricity supply in the area.
