STATEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE AND APPRECIATION BY HON. IBRAHIM RASAQ LEKAN (RIO)

It is with great humility, a profound sense of responsibility, and utmost gratitude that I accept my formal appointment as the Director of Operations for the City Boy Movement (CBM), Lagos State Chapter, effective immediately.

I want to express my deepest appreciation to the State Leadership of the City Boy Movement for this confidence and deliberate recognition of my dedication to the ideals, vision, and strategic objectives of our great Movement.

At City Boy Movement — Our mandate is clear. And as Director of Operations, I am fully committed to driving our core objectives across Lagos State by focusing on:

*Strategic Coordination*: Providing effective leadership and seamless coordination.
*Mobilization & Engagement*: Fostering active participation among all members and stakeholders.
*Programme Implementation*: Ensuring the flawless execution of the Movement’s programs and directives.
*Reporting & Accountability*: Maintaining transparency through regular updates on our activities.
*Unity & Discipline*: Promoting solidarity, discipline, and strict adherence to our policies.

_Our primary focus at this time is to secure decisive victories for all our party candidates across every level of government._
From the Presidency, under His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, to our Lagos State gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Obafemi Kadri Hamzat, and to every House of Representatives and State Assembly candidate in our constituencies across Lagos State. — we are committed to full mobilization, unity, and grassroots engagement to ensure no seat is left behind.

This assignment aligns firmly with the broader national vision and reform agenda of our Grand Patron, _His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR_, and is driven under the visionary leadership of our _Patron, Chief Seyi Tinubu_.

I call on all stakeholders, progressive youths, and members of the Lagos State Chapter to join hands with me as we discharge our duties with the highest standards of professionalism, diligence, loyalty, and integrity. Together, we will take the City Boy Movement and our Great Party the APC as a whole, to greater heights!
