2027: SMA Pledges 3.5 Million CCC Votes for Tinubu, APC in Lagos
A leading governorship hopeful in Lagos State on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Dr. Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, has promised to deliver at least three point five million votes to the party and President Bola Tinubu in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
He assured that the bloc votes will come from members of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide in Lagos State.

Dr. Ajose gave this assurance during the Special Easter Service organised by the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, held at its headquarters in the Makoko area of the state.
He expressed delight at the massive turnout of the faithful at the special service, adding that what the church can offer the ruling party in terms of votes at the poll cannot be ignored.

While answering questions from newsmen shortly after the service, Dr. Ajose disclosed that the church offered prayers for President Tinubu, economic prosperity, and continued peaceful coexistence in the country.
He pointed out that the distribution of food items to the congregation was in the spirit of the season, which emphasises love for mankind, adding that similar exercises had been carried out with Muslims and traditionalists.

The governorship aspirant, who described the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide Headquarters, Makoko, as his birthplace, stressed that the initiative is aimed at cushioning the suffering of many Nigerians. He also promised to run an all-inclusive government if given the opportunity to serve.
The Special Easter Service was conducted by His Eminence, Rev. Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.

Dr. Samuel Mawuyon Ajose was accompanied on the visit by members of the SMA Advisory and Strategic Council, including Chief Rasheed Shobaloju, Hon. Rafeequat Arinola Onabamiro, and Hon. Apesin Bola Gbabinjo.
