HON. (DR.) AHMED OLANREWAJU APATIRA ADVOCATES FOR MORAL VALUES IN CHILDREN’S EDUCATION AS SCHOOLS RESUME

As schools resume for the new term, the Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. (Dr.) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira has advocated for the inclusion of moral values in children’s education.

In a statement, Hon. (Dr.) Apatira emphasized the importance of moral values in shaping the future of children. He urged Parents, Teachers and Educators to prioritize the teaching of moral values such as honesty, integrity, respect and hard work.

“As our children return to school, it is essential that we emphasize the importance of moral values in their education,” Hon. (Dr.) Apatira said. “By teaching our children moral values, we can help them become responsible, respectful and productive members of society.”

The Executive Chairman also commended the Lagos State Government for its commitment to the welfare of workers, particularly the recent implementation of the new minimum wage.

“We applaud the Lagos State Government for prioritizing the welfare of its workers,” Hon. (Dr.) Apatira said. “This gesture demonstrates the government’s commitment to improving the standard of living of its citizens.”

Furthermore, Hon. (Dr.) Apatira praised the Teachers in Itire-Ikate LCDA for their hard work and dedication to providing quality education to the children.

“I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation to our Teachers for their tireless efforts in shaping the minds of our children,” Hon. (Dr.) Apatira said. “Your dedication, commitment and passion for teaching are truly commendable and we are grateful for all that you do.”

Additionally, Hon. (Dr.) Apatira assured the public that his administration is committed to providing quality education to children in Itire-Ikate LCDA.

“We are leaving no stone unturned in our efforts to provide our children with access to quality education,” Hon. (Dr.) Apatira said. “We believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of our children and we are committed to making it a priority.”

Hon. (Dr.) Apatira also called on the religious bodies in the community to continue praying for the children.

“We urge our religious leaders and faithful to keep praying for our children that they may grow in wisdom, knowledge and character,” Hon. (Dr.) Apatira said. “We believe that prayer is a powerful tool that can shape the destiny of our children and we are grateful for the spiritual support of our religious bodies.”
