Hundreds of residents in Iwaya, Yaba, and surrounding communities have received vital, cost-free medical care through a grassroots health outreach sponsored by Bamofin Ladipo Johnson, a Legal Practitioner and the Lagos Central Senatorial Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC). The initiative, driven by the Johnson Initiative for Positive Impact (JIPI), directly tackles the rising costs of healthcare by bringing clinical services and preventative medicine straight to the people who need it most.

After further specialized consultations, the patient has been officially put in line for scheduling, for a sponsored, free bilateral cataract surgery in the very near future, restoring their sight and independence.
