The Muslim Community of Lagos State (MCLS) Felicitates with President Bola Tinubu on His Birthday
The Muslim Community of Lagos State (MCLS) has extended warm felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his birthday, lauding his steadfast leadership and commitment to national development.
In a statement issued by its President, Alhaji Mohammed Oyinlomo Danmole, the group described the President as a visionary leader whose courage and foresight have continued to shape Nigeria’s progress at a critical time in its history.
Danmole noted that since assuming office, President Tinubu has demonstrated remarkable resolve in repositioning the Nigerian economy through bold and, at times, difficult reforms. He highlighted key policy decisions aimed at stabilizing the fiscal landscape, improving revenue generation, and restoring investor confidence, stressing that these measures are already setting the country on a path of sustainable growth and economic recovery.
The MCLS President also commended the administration’s strides in infrastructure development across the country. He pointed to ongoing investments in road networks, rail systems, and energy projects, which he said are gradually improving connectivity, boosting commerce, and enhancing the quality of life for millions of Nigerians. According to him, these efforts reflect a clear commitment to building a resilient and modern economy.
On education and youth empowerment, Danmole praised the introduction of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), describing it as a transformative initiative designed to expand access to higher education. He noted that the scheme is already offering hope to countless Nigerian students who might otherwise be unable to pursue their academic ambitions due to financial constraints.
Furthermore, the MCLS president acknowledged President Tinubu’s focus on social welfare and inclusive governance, including targeted interventions to cushion the effects of economic reforms on vulnerable citizens. Danmole emphasized that such people-centered policies demonstrate the President’s deep understanding of the challenges facing ordinary Nigerians and his determination to address them with compassion and pragmatism.
He offerred a heartfelt prayers for the President, asking Almighty Allah to grant him continued wisdom, strength, and good health to lead the nation aright.
