Breaking News: Lagos APC Endorses Tinubu for Second Term in Office

The Lagos State Chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office, promising massive votes for his re-election come 2027.

The endorsement was announced at the party’s stakeholders’ forum held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

His Royal Majesty, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, Oba Kabiru Shotunbi, moved the motion for the endorsement of the President for a second term in office, while the motion was seconded by the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.

Our correspondent reports that all major stakeholders of the party were present, including members of the Governance Advisory Council, National Assembly members, ministers, members of the Lagos State House of Assembly, members of the Lagos State Executive Council, council chairmen, royal fathers, market leaders, community development associations, women and youth leaders, market women, religious leaders, and persons living with disabilities.

While speaking at the forum, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, said President Bola Tinubu deserves a second term in recognition of his proven leadership and firm commitment to national transformation.

He particularly emphasized that the gathering was a reflection of unity, reaffirming the shared vision of growth, stability, and continuity under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu.
