MSSN LAGOS FELICITATES THE MUSLIMS ON E’IDUL FITR CELEBRATION
The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Lagos State Area Unit felicitates the entire Muslim Ummah in Nigeria on the occasion of the Eid Al Fitr celebration which culminated the end of the 29 days fasting in the month of Ramadan 1446 A.H
The 29 days spiritual Journey afforded the Muslims to move closer to Allah with lots of Ibaadat and display of love, caring and sharing with fellow Muslims and non-muslims. This indeed is the Hallmark of the teachings of Islam as explained in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad, salallahu alayhi wa salam.
The Society urges all Muslims to not only sustain the spiritual rejuvenation after Ramadan but to also continue the love, caring and sharing with our families, neighbors and all mankind. That is the main lesson of Ramadan.
The Society also commiserate with Muslims in Nigeria on the death of 16 people gruesomely murdered by criminal mob in Uromi, Edo State and call on the Government at all level to be alive to their responsibility of securing the lives and property of al citizen.
Furthermore, Government should ensure speedy investigation, arrest and prosecution of all the perpetrators of the dastard act and make them face the full wrath of the law as enshrined in our laws.
Finally, MSSN Lagos prays that Allah accept all our acts of Ibaadat in the blessed month, grant all our prayers and make us witness many more Ramadan on earth in sound health and abundance of provisions. Amin.
We also pray that Allah continue to guide all our leaders to provide good governance for the people. Amin.
Idun Mubarakun!
Taqabbalallahu Minna wa Minkum!!
