Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, North East Zonal Coordinator of NEMA, Mr. Sirajo Abdullahi, and Assistant Director of Search and Rescue at NEMA, Ms. Lydia Wagami, during an inspection of relief items at the NEMA warehouse.
