The Chairman of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board, LASUBEB, Hon Wahab Alawiye-King has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant on Pblic Affairs and Strategy to the President in the office of the First Lady.

Hon Wahab Alawiye-King served at the Director General during the last 2023 General elections for the APC Women wing led by the former First Lady, Hajia Aishat Buhari.

The versatile public servant also served in the same capacity as the Director General of Senator Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni Lagos Central Senatorial Campaign Council.

Party chieftains and other stakeholders from the Lagos Central Senatorial District have described the Federal appointment as timely and welcome development.

They were of the view that Hon Wahab Alawiye-King, who is known for excellent performance in all past appointments, even as a former lawmaker in the Lagos House of Assembly will add value to the office of the First Lady in carrying out his duties.
