institution for public speaking and communication training has successfully trained the Inspired Teachers Masterclass, from Lagoon School, Lekki, Lagos in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The masterclass, which took place at the School of Eloquence headquarters in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, August 26th, 27th, and 29th, 2024 respectively was attended by 108 educators from Lagoon Primary and Secondary School, Lekki.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9346 aligncenter\" Inspired Teachers Masterclass was designed to empower educators with advanced communication and leadership skills to enhance their teaching effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative highlighted the School of Eloquence\u2019s commitment to supporting educational excellence and nurturing teachers who inspire and lead future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Key Highlights of the Masterclass includes Advanced Communication Skills: Techniques to improve clarity, confidence, and engagement in teaching.Motivational Strategies: Tools to sustain high levels of student motivation and participation.<\/p>\n<p>Also on leadership in education, the training is empowerment for teachers to take on leadership roles within their schools and communities.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Growth, it will serve as encouragement of resilience, innovation, and continuous improvement in teaching practices.<\/p>\n<p>The masterclass was led by Mr. Ubong Essien, CSP, Dean of the School of Eloquence and a highly regarded public speaker known as Nigeria\u2019s Mister Motivator.<\/p>\n<p>With Mr. Essien decades of experience in communication and leadership training, the teachers will provide with valuable insights and practical skills to enhance their performance and impact in the educational sector.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking with our correspondent after the program, Mr. Essien said, \u201cWe were honored to partner with Lagoon School for this significant initiative,\u201d said Mr. Ubong Essien. \u201cTeachers are the cornerstone of our educational system, and by investing in their growth and development, we were investing in the future of our children and our nation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This event built on the existing collaboration between the School of Eloquence and Lagoon School, which began in March 2024.<\/p>\n<p>As part of their co-curricular program, the School of Eloquence had been providing public speaking training to students of Lagoon School every Monday,
