The Council of Sarkin Samarin Yamma of 17 Southern States of Nigeria, led by its visionary leader, Comr. Amb. (Dr). Alh. Sani Salisu Danmuttaqa, who also serves as the General President\/CEO of the Sarkin Samarin Yamma Development Initiative, made the difficult decision to delay the event.<\/p>\n
