Every building must be in conformity with the plan of the state while Environmental Impact Assesment must be considered at all times&#8221;. End of quote.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Lagos number one civil service solicited the full coperation of all in ensuring that Developers that sells lands on prohibited areas like drainage channel or wet land to innocent investors are arrested and prosecuted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Olabode Agoro disclosed that the state is battling with proper planning for thousannds of people who migrate into Lagos on a daily basis in search of greener pastures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He explained that this has left the state with class=\"s1\">&#8220;Lagos state Government is doing the utmost best but very disheartening that some illegal Devoplers were carrying out activities to undermine the physical planning of the state&#8221;. he added <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On his part, the General Manager of the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency, Solebo Adebayo said residents should not suffer in silence adding they are ready to assist those who have been defrauded in different ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He said that the Agency had recovered over #400,000,000 for residents defrauded in the state in different sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The GM LASCOPA warned residents and investors in the Real Estate to be wary of attractive but fraudulent promos from the Real Estate sector during the End of the year seasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In his submission during one of the panels, Mr Olatunbosun Alake who is the state Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology said the ministry provides technical supports to others whenever the need arises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He also urged the stakeholders in the Real Estate industry to lobby their legislators towards sponsoring Bills that will address emerging challenges confronting the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Some of the panels during the closing of the two-day event that attracted over 5,000 participants in the Real Estate and Built industry focused on Adhering to Building
