President Bola Tinubu has announced portfolios for the newly appointed Ministers ahead of their swearing-in.<\/p>\n
In a statement from the Villa, former Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Mr Wale Edun has been appointed as the Minister for Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, as Mr Dele Alake takes charge of the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development.<\/p>\n
Bosun Tijani was appointed as the Minister for Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy while Betta Edu is to head the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo will supervise the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development.<\/p>\n
Former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike is to take charge of the Federal Capital Territory while his former Ebonyi counterpart, Dave Umahi is the new Minister for Works.<\/p>\n
