The race for the 2027 general elections is gathering momentum, as various Non-Governmental Organizations continue to identify with the Grassroots Movement for Tinubu, GMT, at its national office in Ikeja GRA.<\/p>\n
The office has become a beehive of activities, with groups trooping in daily to declare solidarity and support.<\/p>\n
Recently, the National Director-General of GMT, Honourable Bisi Yusuf, received two different groups.<\/p>\n
The first was the Association of Iron Benders, Welders and Blacksmiths. Honourable Bisi Yusuf urged them to return to their bases and embark on door-to-door campaigns to mobilize all eligible voters.<\/p>\n
In their response, members of the association said there is no other credible candidate to support other than President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, assuring that they will campaign vigorously for the President ahead of the 2027 general elections.<\/p>\n
Another group that visited to show solidarity was a coalition of over one hundred volunteer groups under the Directorate of NGOs and Civil Societies headed by Professor Oguntuase at the GMT office in Ikeja.<\/p>\n
Professor Oguntuase stated that the groups are fully prepared for the 2027 general elections, ready to monitor various polling units and deliver victory for the ruling party.<\/p>\n
Addressing the groups, the National Director-General of GMT, Honourable Bisi Yusuf, affirmed that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the answer to the challenges facing Nigeria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
