The Executive Director of Bridge House College, Ikoyi, Mrs. Foluke Abdulrazaq, has stressed the need for both the government and the private sector to increase funding for the education sector to sustain Nigeria\u2019s socio-economic development.<\/p>\n
She expressed confidence that the country can overcome many of its challenges through research-driven solutions, provided adequate funding is made available and research findings are effectively implemented.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Abdulrazaq made the call during the 22nd Annual Lecture and Prize-Giving Ceremony held to mark the end of the academic session at Bridge House College, Ikoyi.<\/p>\n
While appreciating parents for their unwavering support throughout the academic year, she also urged the graduating Class of 2026 to remember that the world rewards not only knowledge but also courage, character, and compassion.<\/p>\n
The Principal of the school, Mrs. Rosemary Dokun, in her address titled \u201cThe Power of Focus,\u201d noted that once students clearly understand the tasks and challenges ahead, develop a vision of success, and identify what they hope to achieve, their daily actions naturally align with their ambitions.<\/p>\n
Also speaking, the College Ambassador, Osotekun Joseph Ogbemudia, congratulated the graduating students on reaching the significant milestone.
