The Abuja Convention has not been invalidated by the Supreme Court or any court in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eThe case of suspension of Senator Anyanwu, Ajibade SAN and other was not decided by the Supreme Court or any Court.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eAbdulrahman led NWC is the only recognized and valid NWC of PDP recognized by the law and INEC. I want to categorically state that the PDP leadership is settled as at today.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eAssuming but not conceeding that if any court, including the Supreme Court, has affirmed the suspension of Senator Anyawu and others, that will only be a fresh ground to approach the Federal High Court in a new case asking the court to set aside or nullify the Abuja Convention or elections of those whose suspension is said to be in force, which I doubt any exist.<\/p>\n<p>Until the Convention is nullified, no vacancy exist in PDP NWC and as it is today, there is no single case in court against the Abuja Convention.<\/p>\n<p>\u200eTake this position to the bank and have peace.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e&#8217;Tunji Abdulhameed Esq.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is no leadership void in PDP.
