\u200bLAGOS, NIGERIA \u2013 NOVEMBER 25, 2025 \u2013 The Movement for Islamic Culture and Awareness (MICA) is pleased to announce the launch of its highly anticipated nationwide Dawah tour, \u201cThe Quest for Peace 2025.\u201d This transformative spiritual initiative is meticulously designed to strengthen faith, deepen understanding, and foster communal harmony across Nigeria, serving as one of the country’s most significant Islamic outreach efforts this December.<\/p>\n
\u200bThe tour will be led by the renowned international scholar Shaykh Mohammed Mahmoud, accompanied by a team of respected scholars and teachers. The delegation will host live programs in the major metropolitan centres of Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna. Activities will include a grand public symposium, intensive Dawah study classes, and youth-focused sessions centred on reflection, practical guidance, and spiritual growth. Lagos will serve as the flagship city, with the grand symposium scheduled to hold at J.F. Ade Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos, on Sunday, 21st December 2025 at 9:00 AM.<\/p>\n
\u200bSpeaking on the announcement, the Executive Secretary of MICA, Mr. Abdulhameed Danmole, stated: \u201cThe Quest for Peace is our commitment to reconnecting Muslims with knowledge, community, and the transformative power of Dawah. At a time when many are seeking clarity and direction, this tour provides an opportunity to return to the fundamentals of faith in a way that is accessible, unifying, and deeply meaningful for the modern Nigerian context. The initiative is built upon four strategic goals:<\/p>\n
