A financial expert and community leader, Biodun Coker (FCCA, AFA), has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Muibi Alade Folawiyo, on the successful commissioning of a series of landmark projects under his administration.<\/p>\n

Coker described the newly commissioned projects \u2014 including the Administrative and Legislative Buildings, Resource Centre, Chapel, Mosque, Staff Clinic, Event Hall, MiniMart, and Housing Scheme \u2014 as a bold statement of visionary leadership and purposeful governance.<\/p>\n

He praised Hon. Folawiyo for redefining service delivery at the grassroots level with class, quality, and genuine impact, saying the accomplishments reflect the true spirit of Lagos as the Centre of Excellence.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have once again demonstrated that service delivery at the grassroots can be defined by class, quality, and genuine impact. Truly, if this is not excellence, what do you call this?\u201d Coker said.<\/p>\n

He further noted that the Lagos Island East LCDA chairman\u2019s achievements serve as a shining example of what committed leadership can accomplish when passion meets purpose.<\/p>\n
