The Conference\u202f57 Chief Press Secretaries (CPS), led by Chairman Kamaldeen Iyanda Abdulsalam, proudly announce the appointment of the executive leadership team for the Conference\u202f57 League of Chairmen. Conference\u202f57, which comprises the chairmen of 20 LGAs and 37 LCDAs in Lagos State, serves as the principal forum for policy coordination, service delivery improvement, and dialogue between local government leadership and the state administration.<\/p>\n
With the All Progressives Congress (APC) having secured all 57 council chairmanship seats during the July 12, 2025 elections, Governor Sanwo\u2011Olu tasked the newly sworn-in officials to prioritize public welfare and deliver people-oriented governance over political interests during the ceremony .<\/p>\n
