It invites development partners, future leaders, civil servants, and community members to reflect, learn, and act.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis work argues that the city\u2019s transformation deserves thoughtful documentation, critical analysis, and\u2014most importantly\u2014sustained engagement.
