Biodun Coker Commends Hon. Muibi Folawiyo’s Landmark Achievements in Lagos Island East LCDA
A financial expert and community leader, Biodun Coker (FCCA, AFA), has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Muibi Alade Folawiyo, on the successful commissioning of a series of landmark projects under his administration.
Coker described the newly commissioned projects — including the Administrative and Legislative Buildings, Resource Centre, Chapel, Mosque, Staff Clinic, Event Hall, MiniMart, and Housing Scheme — as a bold statement of visionary leadership and purposeful governance.
He praised Hon. Folawiyo for redefining service delivery at the grassroots level with class, quality, and genuine impact, saying the accomplishments reflect the true spirit of Lagos as the Centre of Excellence.
“You have once again demonstrated that service delivery at the grassroots can be defined by class, quality, and genuine impact. Truly, if this is not excellence, what do you call this?” Coker said.
He further noted that the Lagos Island East LCDA chairman’s achievements serve as a shining example of what committed leadership can accomplish when passion meets purpose.
Coker wished Hon. Folawiyo continued success in his tenure, expressing confidence that the council will witness even greater progress in the service of its people.
