Lagos APC Expresses Solidarity with Fresh FM, Evangelist (Dr) Yinka Ayefele, and His Music Band Over Fire Incident

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos State Chapter, extends its heartfelt sympathy to the management and staff of Fresh FM, following the unfortunate fire incident that recently affected the station.

We are particularly concerned and saddened by the impact this incident has had on the founder and Chief Executive Officer, Evangelist (Dr) Yinka Ayefele (MON), a distinguished broadcaster, philanthropist, and music icon, as well as his renowned music band. Dr. Ayefele has been a pillar in both the media and entertainment industries, using his platforms to uplift, inform, and inspire millions across Nigeria and beyond.

This tragic incident is a painful setback not only to the Fresh FM family but also to the cultural and artistic community that Dr. Ayefele represents. We recognize his immense contributions to national development through music and broadcasting, and we stand firmly with him and his team during this trying period.

The Lagos APC commends the courage and resilience already shown in the face of adversity and calls on relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the fire thoroughly, while ensuring necessary support is provided to restore operations swiftly.

We are confident that, with faith, fortitude, and collective goodwill, Fresh FM and Dr. Ayefele’s band will overcome this challenge and emerge even stronger.
