Nigeria Labour Congress issues strike notice from August 2
The Nigeria Labour Congress has issued a strike notice from August 2 over the recent subsidy removal by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led government.
The Labour Union is calling for the reversal of what it called all anti-people policies initiated by the new government.
NLC Spokesman, Ben Ukpah in a statement said all affiliate unions of the body have been asked to mobilise for the strike action.
This is coming barely two days after the Trade Union Congress also issued two weeks ultimatum to the federal government to accede to her demands of face industrial action.
