Former Director of the Centre for Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies at the University of Port Harcourt, Professor Andrew Obafemi, with the Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, at the Expert Workshop on Early Warning for All, Disaster Risk Reduction Strategy and Action Plan. The event was organized by NEMA in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in Abuja on Monday, September 2, 2024.
